Delivery Strategy

The Sector Skills Council and the licensing trade have developed the delivery and assessment strategy to help improve and standardise the delivery and assessment of the Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders, the Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (Refresher) and The Scottish Certificate for the Safe Sale and Service of Alcohol.

The strategy is a mandatory requirement for anyone who delivers the above awards and is an integral part of the quality procedures of all training and education centres and awarding organisations who offer the above awards in Scotland.
